1. Service Availability
Bhor currently delivers across Bangalore and selected locations across India, subject to serviceability by our logistics partners.
Shipping availability may vary depending on your delivery PIN code.
2. Delivery Partners
All orders are fulfilled through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
While we carefully choose reliable delivery providers, delivery operations, transit timelines, and last-mile execution are managed by these external partners. As such, Bhor cannot directly control delays, disruptions, or service issues caused by courier operations. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Within Bangalore: Delivery within 2 business days
- Across India: Delivery within 4–6 business days
These timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen or exceptional circumstances beyond Bhor’s control, including but not limited to extreme weather, transport disruptions, public holidays, operational constraints, or courier service interruptions.
4. Customer Responsibility
To ensure smooth delivery, customers are requested to:
- Provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
- Ensure the provided mobile number is active and reachable.
- Be available to receive the order or make alternate arrangements where required.
Bhor shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.
5. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery
Delivery will be attempted as per the policies of the assigned courier partner.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or failure to respond to courier communication, the order may be delayed, returned, or marked as undeliverable in accordance with the courier partner’s policies.
Any re-delivery or re-shipping charges, where applicable, may be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Delivery Issues

We will review the matter with the courier partner and address it at the earliest possible opportunity, as our customers are our top priority.
