Bhor is a food and snacks brand dedicated to preserving traditional Indian recipes through thoughtfully crafted products made with authentic ingredients and time-honoured methods.
- Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
As our products are handcrafted and prepared in small batches, slight variations in appearance, texture, or packaging may occur without affecting product quality.
- Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Full payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
- Bhor reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion.
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Freshly Prepared Products
Many Bhor products are freshly prepared after an order is placed.
Orders are typically prepared within 24 hours of confirmation and dispatched thereafter. Preparation and dispatch timelines may vary slightly during periods of high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
- Shipping & Delivery
Bhor currently delivers across Bangalore and selected locations across India, subject to serviceability by our logistics partners.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Within Bangalore: Delivery within 2 business days
- Across India: Delivery within 4–6 business days
These timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transport disruptions, public holidays, operational constraints, or courier delays.
All deliveries are fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics partners. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Bhor cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier operations.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring availability to receive the order.
- Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before preparation or shipment begins.
As many of our products are freshly prepared after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.
- Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted.
Exceptions may be considered in cases involving:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products delivered
- Missing items
- Product quality concerns
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide relevant details along with supporting photographs, where applicable.
Each request is reviewed individually based on the nature of the concern and supporting information provided.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, though actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
