1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched through our logistics partner, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

 

2. Returns

As Bhor deals in packaged food products, returns are accepted only on a case-by-case basis, subject to review.

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, defective, or has a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and supporting photographs, where applicable.

Return approval, if any, will be at Bhor’s sole discretion after reviewing the concern.

 

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality Issues

If you experience any of the following issues:

  • Damaged package or product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item(s)
  • Product quality concerns

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs, if applicable

This helps us review the issue promptly and provide an appropriate resolution.

 

4. Refunds

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact our support team with your concern.

All refund requests are reviewed individually based on the nature of the issue, the supporting information provided, and our internal assessment.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

 

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days from confirmation. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

 

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns may not be applicable in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Delivery failure due to customer unavailability
  • Claims raised beyond the specified reporting timeline
  • Minor packaging wear caused during transit that does not affect product quality
